LCA doo-doo, doo-doo, LCA

Our 2nd LCA summer session was centered around “Baby Shark!”  We read SO many “Baby Shark” books, our favorite being about Grandma Shark and her magic wand!  We practiced putting the sharks in order based on how they are sung, sorted sharks by big and little, listened to riddles and identified under the sea animals, made our own under the sea Baby Shark scenes (both with pictures AND an edible under the sea snack), finger painted sharks, counted and added teeth to shark faces, and boy oh boy did we do some DANCING! The kids LOVED playing the Baby Shark version of the “Let’s Go Fishin’ Game,” and the Shark Bite game, both which worked on fine motor skills!  We had trips to the motor room to work on gross motor skills during OT, and they had some Matt and Molly fun (along with sharing/turn taking and working together) during speech!  And we ended our 2nd camp by making SLIME!  Every day is so jam packed with fun and laughter that it is hard to name everything that we did, so here are some adorable pictures to commemorate our Baby Shark camp!
